You may not know at the woman on top she is new pop diva Lady GaGa!!, Her real name is Stefani Germanotta.
I honestly prefer her what it is,

Stefani Germanotta, a dark-haired music student at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts who happened to sing and play the piano really well. She never did graduate, as bigger things came along..
